Description: PPresents teeth with chronic infectious process with compromise of the vestibular table. Conducted exodontia, wound toilette, extraction of peripheral blood, processed by PRF technique, creation of PRF membranes and sticky bone with BOS-HA TISSUM bone filling.

At 5 month: Surgical reaccess and creation of a personalized scar were performed using a template obtained by 3D printing.

Prosthesis technique to achieve Emerging Unit: crown by casting technique.
