NG Bone

Blocks

Extracellular bone matrix NG BONE BLOCKS are composed of hydroxyapatite and type I collagen, the main components of bone of porcine origin. As such, they preserve their histological structure, which gives them the following biomaterial characteristics for bone regeneration:

Stable support and high mechanical resistance.
Preservation of the histological macro and micropores of tissue porosity, which allow cell colonization through interconnected channels, favoring angiogenesis and biological fluid circulation.
The presence of collagen stabilizes the blood clot generated by surgical trauma, which favors the process of osteoinduction and osteoconduction of the new cellular and structural bone regeneration.
TISSUM extracellular bone matrix blocks come in different sizes.

Cancellous bone matrix blocks.

Hydroxyapatite and collagen of porcine origin.

CLINICAL INDICATIONS
NG BONE BLOCKS are indicated in the following cases:
Large volume horizontal and vertical bone augmentations
Regeneration of bone tables
As a bone substitute in medical surgeries.
Need for augmentation and filling of cavities that must be covered with bone tissue in Traumatology and Ophthalmology.
Bone reconstruction and regeneration in Traumatology and Ophthalmology.
Bone reconstruction and regeneration in spinal surgery.
Filler in eye evisceration and enucleation.
Filler material in eye socket.
Cranioplasties.
Other medical indications.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Hydrate the NG BONE BLOCK with sterile saline for about 10 to 20 minutes.
Ensure good bleeding at the implant site.
Adapt the block to the implant site.
Fix it to the site, preferably with microscrews, to avoid movements that affect the angiogenesis regenerative process.
Add particulate bone filler, such as EXTRACELLULAR BONE MATRIX NG BONE biomaterial, between the gaps of the block and the implant site.
Cover with absorbable membrane. REABSORBABLE COLLAGEN MEMBRANE is recommended.
Recommend to the patient the pertinent post-surgical and nutritional measures.
Carry out postoperative controls.
